Diesel Floater (effective as of 01.04.2026)

Diesel price determination:

The basis is the diesel price published in the Oil Bulletin of the European Commission (“Gas oil/Diesel fuel – with taxes – Germany”).

In the last week of each calendar month, the arithmetic average is calculated from all weekly values newly published since the last adjustment. This average value forms the basis for calculation for the following month.

Calculation details:

   • Base diesel price: 120.19 €/100 liters (incl. taxes)

   • Diesel cost share: 25.00%

   • Adjustment interval: monthly

   • Application: with a one-month time lag (applied in the following month)

Application:

The surcharge or discount determined based on the deviation from the base diesel price shall be applied in the following month.

Note:

The surcharge or discount shall be applied exclusively to the freight charges.
